For me, there’s nothing better than having an easy quiche recipe in your back pocket. Quiche is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Plus, it can be served hot or room temperature and still be delicious.

This easy quiche recipe has only five ingredients but still tastes like it came from a gourmet cookbook. I think broccoli cheese is such a crowd-pleasing combination because it pleases meat eaters and vegetarians alike.

Easy Broccoli Cheese Quiche

This five ingredient quiche is the perfect addition to any brunch menu or a great simple dinner idea.

  • 5eggs
  • 3/4cupheavy cream
  • 1.5cupscheddar cheese, freshly shredded
  • 9-inchdeep dish pie shell(in freezer section)
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° and place pie shell on a baking sheet.

  2. Microwave broccoli in bag for 2 minutes to soften a bit. Then chop into bit-sized pieces.

  3. In a large bowl, beat eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper.

  4. Stir in cheese and broccoli. Pour into pie shell.

  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until middle is set. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

3/4 cup heavy cream

1.5 cups cheddar cheese, freshly grated

12-ounce bag microwavable, frozen broccoli florets

9-inch pie shell (found in freezer section)

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and place pie shell on a baking sheet and allow to thaw while you make the filling.
  2. Microwave broccoli for two minutes to soften it a bit. Then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, beat eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir cheese and broccoli into egg mixture and then pour mixture into your pie shell.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the middle looks set. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
