Clear Sky Recovery’s lineage begins with the very first medically-based ibogaine clinic in the world; Dr. Deborah Mash’s, Healing Visions institute for addiction recovery, on the island of St. Kitts, W.I. Healing Visions was establishedin 1995 and began accepting patients in 1996. When Healing Visions completed data-gathering and closed its’ doors to the public in 2003; Dr. Alberto Sola was one of the only two clinicians in the world personally trained by neuroscientist Dr. Deborah Mash, to safely and effectively administer ibogaine to drug-dependent patients.
CSR was founded by some of the leading scientists, clinicians, and pioneers of ibogaine research and the study of addiction recovery. Our goal was to open a publicly accessible ibogaine treatment clinic that utilizes all of the knowledge and experience gained at the St. Kitts research facility, enabling individuals suffering from drug-dependence, access to safe and effective ibogaine treatment, at an affordable price.
Safe, medically-based ibogaine treatment in a clinical setting, is remarkably effective at addressing the biological and psychological aspects of drug dependence. The slate has been wiped clean; your body is effectively rebooted, and reset back to a pre-addictive state. This enables individuals to focus on their recovery without the fear of withdrawal, or the constant battle of post-acute-withdrawal-syndrome (PAWS).
Ibogaine is not a maintenance or substitution therapy. You do not need to keep taking ibogaine on a regular basis, and you are not replacing one highly addictive drug, with another equally or more addictive drug (that happens to be legal).
Please keep in mind that ibogaine has not been approved by the FDA for any medical use. Ibogaine isan experimental medication which should not be considered a first-choice candidate for individuals who have not tried more conventional methodologies for addressing their drug dependence issues.

In and of itself, ibogaine cannot “cure” years — or decades — of maladaptive patterns of behavior. Patients are often self-medicating comorbid conditions, which can present significant obstacles if left unaddressed.
